Lucille Sabina Needham (nee Sebacher), of Lake Ozark, MO, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Lloyd; devoted daughter of the late Ralph and Gerturde Sebacher; loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; dear sister of Roland (Connie) Sebacher, Richard (the late Janet) Sebacher, Colette Sebacher, Ralph (Janet) Sebacher, Jr., and Marcella (the late Edward) Hampp; and precious aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Loran (Bobbie) Sebacher.
Lucille was a successful business owner, with multiple businesses, including taxicabs, communication towers, Tube Tab marketing, cellphones and cable. A proud woman of faith, she was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church. Lucille was also an active member of Lady Knights and Our Lady of the Lake. She was a talented crafter who enjoyed painting, quilting, creating beautiful stained-glass, jewelry and other artwork pieces. Lucille loved to be outside, birdwatching, going horseback riding, gardening, boating, and fishing. She also loved to travel in the family RV and enjoyed spending time with family. Lucille was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Lucille's name to the Dogwood Animal Shelter in Osage Beach, MO.
