Lynn C. Owen nee: Reddan , of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, March 4, 2022, at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Robert E. Owen III; precious daughter of Donald A. Reddan and the late Marilyn A. Reddan ; dear sister of Mark J. (Alicia “Birdie”) Reddan, Lisa M. Reddan, Lori A. O’Toole and Michael P. (the late Staci D.) Reddan and sister-in-law of Thomas B. (Carol) Owen and Julie A. Sehnert; beloved aunt, great aunt, niece, God mother and friend to many. Lynn is preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Barbara Schuler. Lynn was a retired nurse at St. Joseph Health Center, a member of St. Cletus Catholic Church, S.N.U.G.G.L.E, Berry Hill Women’s Tuesday Golf League and the St. Louis Women’s Golf League. Lynn had a special place in her heart for animals, especially cats. She fostered cats, and usually ended up adopting them. At one time, there were 17 cats in her home. Lynn loved to sew and would make pet beds for craft fairs around the community for fund raising for S.N.U.G.G.L.E. Lynn had many hobbies throughout her life. She enjoyed gardening and was always planting new flowers. She was an avid exerciser and would often walk, attend yoga classes and play golf. One of Lynn’s greatest enjoyments was travelling. Lynn and her husband, Rob went on many vacations with Lynn’s parents. Some of her travels were to Europe, visiting Rome and the beautiful Cathedrals and the Holy Land. Lynn and Rob went on many trips, including Hawaii, Alaska and several cruises in the Caribbean. Lynn never knew a stranger. She was so genuine that people were always drawn to her. She will be remembered for the kind, caring, and giving person that she was. Lynn was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
