Mabel E. Govro (nee: Hawks) was born October 12, 1917 in Granite City Illinois to Theodore Victor and Irene Hawks. Her loving parents preceded her in death. Mabel is survived by her loving husband, James P. Govro of O'Fallon Missouri, one daughter, Janis Lynch (Dick) of St. Charles Missouri, two sons, Richard V. Eaves (Sharon) of Cedar Hill Missouri and James T. Govro (Sandy) of Perryville Missouri, eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Theodore Hawks.
