Madeline L. Banta (nee Wilson) 85 of St. Charles went to be with the Lord January 28, 2014. She worked as a pharmacy technician at St. Joseph's Health Center for many years. Madeline was born in Potosi, MO, October 1, 1928 to the late Georgia Russell Wilson and Lemuel W. Wilson. Wife of the late C. Edward Banta, Jr., beloved mother of Nikki (Corky) Ferguson, Keith (Karla) Banta and Trish Banta. Dear sister of the late Katherine Foster, late Marge McMahan, Sonny (Brenda) Wilson, and Jerry (Yaeko) Wilson. Grandmother to Kimberly (Rob) Martin, Christopher (Katie) Bruce, and Katherine Banta. Great grandmother of 5, aunt to 10 and friend to many. She is loved and sorely missed.
