Marcia Regina James, of Dardenne Prairie, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at the age of 71. Dear sister of Jessica (John) Dreyer, Mallory (Darla) James and Matthew (Linda) James; loving aunt of Edward (Jennifer) Dreyer, James (Amy) Dreyer, Carrie (Matthew) Dina, Sara (Kevin) Gibbs and Cody James; loving great-aunt, cousin, and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her parents, Malcom and Gloria James.
Marcia was a pharmacy technician at K-Mart for 25 years. She loved her family immensely and enjoyed spending time with them. She liked butterflies, miniatures, Coca-Cola memorabilia, and her favorite character was Mickey Mouse. Marcia was a great cook and enjoyed making meals for her family and friends. She loved the holiday season and would decorate for every holiday. She took many trips to Branson with her family throughout the years and it was one of her favorite places to visit.
Marcia was very bright and knew a lot of trivia. She was witty and had a great sense of humor; something her friends and the staff at St. Williams Apartments remember fondly about her. Their friendship was special to her. Marcia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Marcia 's name to St. Williams Building II Activities, Attn: Donna, Manager (1983 Hanley Rd. St. Williams Apt. Building 2, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368).
Mass will be held in the Chapel at Immaculate Conception Dardenne located on the corner of Town Square Ave. & Hanley Rd.
