Margaret Gill

Margaret Virginia Gill (nee Lane), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Donald Gill; cherished daughter of the late Woodrow and Mandy Lane. Devoted mother of Donny (Terri) Gill and the late Dana (Alan) Walker; loving grandmother of Maria, Jeremy, Jason, Megan, Chelsea, and Emily; treasured great-grandmother of eleven; dear sister of Gary (Brenda) Lane, LouAnn Hubbartt, dear aunt to many nieces, nephews and preceded by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.



Margaret was a woman of faith and an active member at Trinity Free Will Baptist Church. She dedicated much of her time to the children of the church through V.B.S and Children’s Church programs. She was a kind woman and brought joy to the world by touching the lives of so many. Margaret held her family dear to her. She was so very proud of each one of them. She was a caring mother, dedicated grandmother and great-grandmother and a loving wife to the love of her life, Donald. Margaret was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.



Memorials may be made in Margaret's name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
