Margaret “Peggy” Stahl

Margaret “Peggy” Stahl (nee Martin), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Robert Stahl; cherished daughter of the late Wilbert and Emily Martin; devoted mother of John Stahl, Dan (Crista) Stahl, Anne (Patrick) Edwards and the late Matt Stahl; loving grandmother of Sam (Ian) Stahl, Courtney (Josh) Haynes, Hallie (Mark) Stahl, Matt Stahl, Ellie Stahl, Sophie Stahl, Grace Edwards and Catie Edwards; treasured great-grandmother of Olivia and Jackson Haynes; dear sister of Tom (Peggy) Martin and the late Kathleen Barrale. Peggy was also survived by her brother-in-law, Ralph Barrale. She was an aunt, great aunt, cousin and a friend to many.
Peggy was a fun loving, caring woman who prided herself in family. Her home was the place she loved to share as a gathering place no matter the event. She loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor. Peggy loved life and had a strong love for our Lord Jesus Christ. In her free time, Peggy enjoyed quilting and found many friendships through the different parishes she attended over the years. Peggy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Peggy's name to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.
