Collins, Margaret "Pegge", 87, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Wife of Thomas Lee Collins, Jr.; daughter of the late Archie and Lois Stamps; mother of Christy (Tim) Sawyer, Kelly (Scott) Pollak, Thomas "Bud" Collins, and foster mother of Charity (William) Luke; grandmother of 8; great-grandmother of 12; and sister of Carol (Bill) Kinnebrew. She is preceded in death by her son, William "Steve" Collins. Memorial donations may be made to Children’s Harbor of Alabama.
