Margot A. Coughlin

Margot A. Coughlin of Saint Louis, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at the age of 87. She was preceded in death by her parents, Franz and Else Wiesenburg; and her brother, Horst Wiesenburg.

Margot is survived by her husband, Tom Coughlin; her children, Laraine (Michael) Proctor, Charles (Lynette) French, David (Mary) French, Arleen (Michael) Layton, and Don (Kathleen) French; her five stepchildren; her twenty-five grandchildren; her four great-grandchildren; and her sister, Eleanora Schonwald.

Margot was a faithful member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church. She loved to travel and had fantastic memories of her visits to destinations throughout Europe and her special trips with Tom to Canada. Margot took up golfing around when she met Tom and played into her retirement years. She was a wonderful cook who enjoyed having delicious dinners with her loved ones. Margot was fond of classical music and liked to go to the symphony. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorials may be made in Margot's name to a charity of the donor’s choice.
