Ratley; father of James L. Ratley (Regina), Barbara A. Willers, Nancy L. Williams (Mark)and the late Pamela K. Ratley; step-mother of Douglas A. Ratley (Lori) and Carolyn Ratley; sister of Vernon and Wil (Kim) Stiles, and the late Tom Stiles. She was the grandmother of 10.
