Marie Ann Oshia, of Troy, MO, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Lenas J. Oshia; cherished daughter of the late William and Mata Edinger; dear sister of the late William (Janice Knapp survives) Edinger and the late Victor (Esther) Edinger; treasured aunt of Ronald (Nell) Edinger, Robert Edinger, Thomas (Becky) Edinger, Michael Edinger, James Edinger, Glen (Carol) Sills, Dennis Lhamon, Ronald Lhamon, John Lhamon, Barbara Ann Parsons, James J. Dickmeyer, Linda Belk, Mary Jane Lee, Leona Forbeck.
Marie was active in the VFW and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She loved home decorating, the outdoors and flower and vegetable gardening. Marie loved to cook and even had two cookbooks published. She took desserts and candies to her former coworkers at Monsanto. Marie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
As per Marie’s wishes, a private cremation and burial was handled by Baue Funeral Home.
