Marilyn is a woman of strong faith who is devoted to her family more than anything. For 25 years, she worked hard as a Registered Nurse. Marilyn generously volunteered her time at Birthright and Volunteers in Medicine. Additionally, she fulfilled the role of a Eucharistic minister, administering communion to patients in hospitals. In her free time, Marilyn found delight in quilting, baking, playing cards, and eagerly awaiting family farm days. Marilyn never forgot a birthday. She knew exactly when to mail each birthday card so they would arrive on your special day. She was a selfless woman always putting others first. She made each family member a quilt for every wedding, and every new grandchild received a baby quilt. Marilyn made sure you never left the house hungry, always having a bowl of grapes and a cookie jar full of cookies for anyone who visited. She was dearly loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Memorials may be made in Marilyn's name to Birthright and Volunteers in Medicine.
