In Loving Memory of Marilyn Notgrass
Marilyn Notgrass, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and faithful servant of God, passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 84. She was born on May 3, 1940, in Missouri, where she was raised with strong values of faith, kindness, and hard work.
On November 29, 1958, Marilyn married the love of her life, Richard Notgrass. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love and devotion, sharing 66 wonderful years of marriage. She was a loving mother to Cindy Notgrass, Belinda Cowdrey, and Robert Notgrass, as well as a proud grandmother of four and great-grandmother of four. She was also a beloved sister to Richard Vie and Beverly Derbak.
Marilyn lived her faith in every aspect of her life. She was deeply involved in her church, always teaching others the Word of God and living by its truths. With a heart for service, she tirelessly brought meals to families in need—whether at nursing homes, hospitals, funerals, or their homes—offering comfort and compassion in times of sorrow.
Spunky and determined, Marilyn embraced life with a love for flowers, gardens, and adventure. She found joy in exploring new places and taking vacations, always appreciating the beauty around her. A dedicated worker, she never took kindness for granted and deeply valued the love and generosity of those in her life.
Marilyn was a light to all who knew her, and her legacy of faith, service, and love will continue to shine in the hearts of those she touched. She was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
