Marjorie Major

Major, Marjorie, of Winfield, Missouri, died on Sunday, July 3, 2011 at the age of 73. Dear daughter of Gladys Slinkard and the late Jesse W. Nely. Loving wife of the late Donald Major; devoted mother of Lesley (Joseph) Peluso and Paula (Curtis) Cox; cherished grandmother of Jessica Loveless, Meagan Cox, Ryan Kowalczyk, Phillip Peluso, Joe Peluso and Scott Cox; beloved great-grandmother of Joey Peluso, Blake Stephens, Joseph "Tre" Tucker, Emily Connour, Jacob Tucker ; dear sister of Eva Frances Nely Merritt, Jo Anne Gibbs, the late Frank Nely, and the late Donald Nely. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and her dog Sissy and grand-dogs Jazzman and Abbey. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or St. Charles County Humane Society.
