Mark W. Knapp

Mark W. Knapp, of Saint Charles, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at the age of 71.  Beloved son of the late Nina and William Knapp; devoted father of Bryan Knapp, Tim Knapp, and Sarah Knapp; dear brother of John Knapp and Bill Knapp. 

Mark had a deep passion for rock music, especially from the 60's, 70’s and 80’s. There was never a song that he didn’t know who the singer was when it came on the radio.  His kids remember always waking up in the morning to songs like Meat Loaf's, Bat Out of Hell, and the volume was always cranked up to the max. In his younger years, he was also a golden glove boxer and enjoyed the thrill of being in the ring.  

Mark loved his children Bryan, Tim, and Sarah, and his brothers, John and Bill very much.  He will be deeply missed by them.  He had a very outgoing personality and loved to talk people's heads off.  Mark was the type of person that didn't take anything too seriously; always cracking a joke at the most inappropriate times.  Mark was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
