As a matriarch of the community, Marlene was well known in her neighborhood for owning and running her business, Moore’s Confectionary. She was a hard worker and very supportive of her husband and the businesses they ran. Marlene always believed the best in everyone and was a straight shooter. She took care of so many people in her life, whether they were family or friends, she could always be counted on for support.
Most important to Marlene was her family, and she loved them immensely. She always looked forward to spending time with her children, grandchildren, her siblings, and nieces and nephews.
