Martha Lemon

Martha Alberta Lemon (nee: Stapp), of Saint Louis, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Harlan Lemon; cherished daughter of William and Jennie Stapp; devoted mother of Patty (John) Trupka; loving grandmother of Christine (Daniel) Monroe and Aron (Tracy) Trupka; treasured great-grandmother Travis Trupka and Maya Trupka; dear sister of Melba "Toots" Brashear; she is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was also preceded in death by her siblings Mildred Latham, Frankie Gibbons, Iona Leight, Don Stapp, Paul Stapp, Lyndell “Buck” Stapp, Joe Stapp, Bill Stapp, Dorothy Russell, and Mary Belle Stapp.

Martha was a long time member of the Lion’s Club and an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. She was deeply loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
