Martha M. Collins

Martha M. Collins, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the age of 79. Martha was the beloved daughter of the late William C. and Charlotte Sack; devoted mother of Wayne (Beth) Collins; dear sister of Donald (Mary Ann) Sack, Lester Sack; and loved by many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by one sister and three brothers. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.
