Loving husband of Alta Palmer; dear father of Timothy Montgomery, Jason (Amanda) Palmer, Sam (Andrea) Palmer, Keri (Travis) Keller, Christina (Randall) Schindler, Steve (Nell) Foxworth, and Josh (Michelle) Carter; step-father of Melinda Wagner and Tabitha Wagner; cherished grandfather of Christian 'CJ' Palmer, Austin Palmer, Desean Palmer, Jahnyia Palmer, Hadley Palmer, Adalyen Palmer, Kyle Keller, Waylon Keller, Jacob Schindler, Alexis Schindler, Isobel Schindler, Naomi Schindler, Anna Sophia Schindler, Melody Schindler, Reuben Schindler, Ezekiel Schindler, Christian Foxworth, Courtney Foxworth, Olivia Carter, Houston Carter, Luke Carter, Havanna Lowes, Hailey Buddemeyer, Aryona Wagner, Jada Bertran, Daydre Mozee, Adrian Mozee, Mikah Mozee, Aden Mozee, beloved father in-law of Derrick Buddemeyer and Joe Mozee; son in-law of Lesley and Barbara Tedder and brother in-law of Clarence Howard and David Howard.
