Memorials may be made to General Fund at Immanuel Lutheran Church or Kidney Foundation. Marvin D. Norton, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, January 26, 2009 at the age of 84. Loving husband of Connie Norton; dear son of the late Noah and the late Cora Norton; devoted father of Jerry (Donna) Norton and Stan (Linda) Norton; dear father-in-law of JoAnn Norton; cherished grandfather of 4 and great-grandfather of 5; dear brother of Ruth Smith, Thelma Losey, Carol (Wayne) Bliss and Nancy (Joel) Peterson. He is preceded in death by his son Dennis Norton and brother Harold Norton. Marvin was employed as a Bricklayer/Brick Mason for 40 years. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Bricklayers Local #1 of Missouri, District Commissioner for Boy Scouts and proudly served in Army during World War II.
