Marvin Lewis Murray

Marvin Lewis Murray, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of Carol Ann Murray; cherished son of the late John and Ruby Murray. Devoted father of Michael (Diane) Murray, Cathleen (Tim) Lenihan, and Christopher (Trina) Murray; loving grandfather of Grant Murray, Andrew Murray, Clayton Murray, Jacob Murray, and Lauren Gossman; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by three sisters, Eileen Keller, Elizabeth Totoro, and Mary Ida Covinsky; and brother, John Murray.

Marvin was an active member of Christ Alone Church and dedicated many years to a career in human resources. He also served as a project manager at various military installations. A committed Boy Scout leader, Marvin enjoyed outdoor adventures, including fishing, camping, float trips, and traveling. He was an enthusiastic fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues, passionately supporting his favorite teams. Marvin was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
