Mary Alice Grawunder

Memorials may be made to Open Door Animal Sanctuary, House Springs, Missouri. Mary Alice Grawunder, of Overland, Missouri, passed on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at the age of 83. Dearest wife of the late Ray Henry Grawunder, Sr., dear daughter of the late Henry Elmore and Vern Ray Brady; devoted mother of Ray H. (Gayle) Grawunder, Susan E. (Phillip) Long, Marcia V. Shelberg and Mark B. Grawunder; beloved grandmother of Arrington Grawunder, Kristin Shelberg and Megan Long. Also survived by her cousin, Sissy Crosby. Mary was a Librarian at Ritenour School District before her retirement. She was a member of Grace Church, St. Louis and the Blind Veterans where she sponsored service dogs.
