Mary Ann Fernandez

Fernandez (nee: Leeker), Mary Ann, of St. Charles, Missouri, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Friday, July 30, 2010 at the age of 66. Beloved wife of Francis Fernandez and dear daughter of the late Kenneth and Barbara Leeker. Devoted mother of Thomas (Robin) Fernandez, Stephen (Marjorie) Fernandez, Sheri (Jeff) Petruso (nee: Fernandez), and Angela (Tim) Frese (nee: Fernandez); cherished grandmother of Matthew, Brendan, Kaylie, and Corey Fernandez, Austin, Tristan, and Abigail Frese, Kameron and Kaleb Mitchell, Anthony, Elizabeth, and Johnathan Petruso. Dear sister of Kenneth "Butch" Leeker, Susan Partain (nee: Leeker), and Robert Leeker; survived by many relatives and friends. Mrs. Fernandez was a devoted servant to our Blessed Mother and a member of the "Rockies" Girls' Club, but her main joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren and family. Memorials may be made to St. Louis Ovarian Cancer Awareness (SLOCA) and Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, Inc. (OCRF).
