Mary Ann Herndon

Mary Ann Herndon (Stidham) of Woodson Terrace, Missouri, died on August 21, 2013 at the age of 77. Dear daughter of the late David Leslie and Ada Grace Stidham. Loving mother of Rick Herndon, Danny Herndon, Dennis (Dawn) Herndon, Randy (Susan) Herndon, and Dudley Herndon. Cherished grandmother of Saja (Keith) Duncan, Jori (Micah) Swope, Justin Herndon, Erik (Kim) Herndon, Dorian (Jennifer) Herndon, Natasha and Jesse Herndon. Beloved great-grandmother of Jake and Grace Duncan, Colbie and Harvey Swope, Anthony Herndon, and Maxx Herndon. Dear sister of Darrell (Lola) Stidham, Kenneth (Sharon) Stidham, Leslie (Dora) Stidham, James (Brenda) Stidham, Virgie (late-Ralph) Karnes, Mable Champlin, Velma Edmondson, Clara Maud Weston, Leona (Dean) Martin, and loved many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sister Marguerite Russell and brothers William and Donald Stidham.
Mary Ann retired from Lincoln of Pentair. Her family was her life, she love to crochet, read, take road-trips, play with her grand children and great-grand children and work in her garden. She loved to learn and graduated high-school when she was in her 50's; after completion of her diploma, she was so honored to be offered a scholarship from the University of Missouri.
She was deeply loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.
