Mary Ann Smith (nee Wachter), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Herbert Smith; cherished daughter of the late William and Opal Wachter. Devoted mother of Keith (Gayle) Weisenborn and Kevin (Gina) Weisenborn; loving grandmother of Nick (Lauren) Weisenborn, Mallory (Will) Carpenter, and Mitchell Weisenborn; dear sister of Marilyn (the late Paul) Propst; treasured great-grandmother of Maebry Weisenborn. 

Mary Ann was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of St. Charles, actively participating in the Women on Mission and Joy Fellowship groups and often preparing meals for church events. Her life was centered on family and faith. She enjoyed water aerobics at the YMCA and cherished playing cards with her close friends. Known for her warm hospitality, Mary Ann was an exceptional host, always preparing meals for school functions, church gatherings, or family and friend events. She also found joy in her trips to Branson, creating fond memories along the way. Mary Ann was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Mary Ann's name to Disabled American Veterans.
