Mary Catherine Paxton

Mary Catherine Paxton (nee Morrison), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at the age of 79. Cherished daughter of the late William and Catherine Morrison. Devoted mother of Susan Paxton, Jim (Susan) Paxton, Teddy Paxton, and Coleen McDevitt; loving grandmother of Jack, Lauren, Sean, and Brooke; dear sister of Eileen (the late Gary) Posage; dear cousin of Mary Schaaf and the late Patricia Handel; dear aunt, cousin, and relative, and friend to many.

Mary worked for TWA for many years. She was born in the East St. Louis area and then moved to the Florissant area where she raised her 4 children. Mary loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. She also loved fostering and even adopted some kitties. In her spare time, she like to spend with family and friends. Mary was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Mary 's name to Heartland Humane Society of Missouri O'Fallon, MO 63366 and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

There will be a funeral mass at Assumption Catholic Church on Monday November 15th at 10:30am.
