Mary Elizabeth Schalk (nee Buescher), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at the age of 66. Cherished daughter of the late Aloys and Elvanita Buescher; devoted mother of Michael (Stephanie) Schalk and Christina (Kelly Powell) Schalk; loving grandmother of Dylan, Evelyn, and Jameson Schalk and Aaron Presson; dear sister of Eugene (Kathy) Buescher and Kathie (Jim) Soehngen; Mary is also survived by former husband, Walter J. Schalk Jr.
Mary was a member of the VFW Post 2866 Women’s Auxiliary. She worked at The Veteran Administration. Mary was a homebody and was very independent. She had a lot of trivial knowledge and enjoyed being out in the sun and around the pools. Mary was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
