Mary Frances James of St. Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 98 on Friday, November 27, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence James; her grandson, Michael; her parents, Joseph and Marian House; and three sisters, Evelyn Young, Ann Mudd-Boyer, and Pauline Mudd.
Mary is survived by her children, Clarence James, Donny James, Rolly James, Vicki Price Goranson, Jack James, and Helen James Hampson; her grandchildren, Rhonda, Heather, Stephanie, Teresa, Lori, Don, Tina, Adam, Brett, Jason, Amber, and Jacob; her siblings, Wayne House and Martha Lewis; and numerous great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
Throughout her life, Mary always put family first and she loved them dearly. She constantly looked forward to spending time with her loved ones at family reunions in Bowling Green, vacations with her sisters, or all the family get-togethers during the year. Mary was a people person with a caring heart and her compassion lent itself well to her role as a live-in healthcare provider where she was both well known and beloved. With her free time, Mary liked to enjoy a day in her garden cultivating the beautiful plants and flowers she grew. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
