Mary Beth Gagnepain

Mary Beth Gagnepain (nee Hoemeke), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, December 15, 2023 at the age of 77. Loving and caring wife of 56 years to Gary Gagnepain; beloved daughter of the late Viola and Bernard Hoemeke; devoted mother of Kevin (Kathy Goforth) Gagnepain, Scott Gagnepain, and Melissa (Jim) Wilsonholme; cherished grandmother of Miles David Gagnepain, James Wilsonholme, Isabelle Wilsonholme, and Liam Wilsonholme; aunt, cousin and friend. Mary Beth is also preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Hoemeke and Gerald Hoemeke; and her dear in-laws, Marie "Mim" and Charles Gagnepain. 

Beth worked as a Speech Therapist with severely handicapped children, demonstrating a commitment to helping others. Beyond work, she enjoyed sports, rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues, and Mizzou football, as well as cheering on her children and grandchildren at their sporting events over the years. Her leisure activities included reading, enjoying a lakeview, and spending quality time with her loving family. Beth was a devout member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Normandy, Missouri, where she was part of the Women's Club. Her presence will be missed by those who knew her. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mary Beth's name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or St. Ann Catholic Church in Normandy.
