Mary Jane Scodary

Mary Jane Scodary, of Creve Coeur, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at the age of 90. Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Nania; devoted mother of Dr. Daniel Scodary and wife Tammy; cherished grandmother of Anthony Scodary and Nicholas Scodary; treasured aunt of Dianne Carson, Laurie Volz, Ricky Rudowicz; and is also survived by her dearest cat, Peanuts. Mary is preceded in death by her sister, Delores Rudowicz, brother-in-law, Richard Rudowicz.

Mary was a longtime member of St. Martin de Porres and St. Catherine of Siena. She was also a member of Legion of Mary and a early member of the Alpha Players. Mary worked at the University of Missouri admissions office for over 30 years. Mary always loved to sing and entertain. She sang with the St. Louis Muny opera when she was a young lady. Mary was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
