Mary L. Keyes

Mary Keyes of St. Charles, Missouri, died peacefully on Friday, December 12, 2014, at the age of 95. She was the loving wife of the late Jesse H. Keyes, Jr.; beloved daughter of the late Ramsey and M. Gertrude Lammers; devoted mother of Jesse "Jay" (Diana), Martha (Fred) Cotsworth, L. Jean (Ron) Barker, Bill (Margaret), John (Susan), and James; cherished grandmother of 9; treasured great-grandmother of 19; loving aunt, cousin and dear friend to many.
As well as being a wife and homemaker, Mary was a tireless volunteer, having volunteered for decades at St. Joseph Hospital. She also volunteered for Meals on Wheels, the PTA, was an elder at St. Charles Presbyterian Church, was a member and officer of the church women's circle, and served on the board of Parkside Meadows. Mary also enjoyed playing bridge and was an enthusiastic traveler. Her greatest joy was being with her large family.
