Mary Jane Ladendecker

Mary Jane Ladendecker nee (McWilliams) of O'Fallon Missouri fortified with the Sacrament of the Catholic Church, passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 100 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.  Mary Jane was the treasured wife of the late Victor Ladendecker for 72 years. Cherished mother of Kathleen Klocke, (Ladendecker), Richard Ladendecker and Thomas (Ann) Ladendecker.  Grandmother of Michelle Heimos (Danny Chaplin), Mike Heimos, Bob Heimos, Kerri (Brian) Coley, Shannon Klocke, Matt (Allison) Ladendecker, Andy (Amy) Ladendecker, & Meggie (Luke) Mobley.  Great grandmother to Lucas Ladendecker, Jacob Ladendecker, Zachary Heimos, Kinzly Chaplin, Max Strutman, Gus Strutman, Ana Strutman, Jackson Coley, Carter Coley & Olivia Ladendecker.  Mary Jane was the dear daughter of the late LeRoy and Elise (Grien) McWilliams.  She was preceded in death by her sisters Corrine Ladendecker and Anna Rose Rieker and her brother Buddy McWilliams. Dear sister-in-law to the late Henry Ladendecker and Clarence Reiker.  Dear mother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, and cousin and friend.

Mary Jane's children Kathy, Dick and Tom would like to extend a special thank you to The Abbey Senior Health/Villa Theresa in O’ Fallon, Missouri.  Mary Jane was treated with the utmost kindness and loving care over several years by everyone past and present at the facility. We are forever grateful to the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood, who even after their retirement continue to care for all the residences at the facility.  We could never repay everyone that made her stay there like a second home.  Mary Jane’s family welcomes Memorial Mass intentions and in lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood.  She will be missed by all.

Visitation to be held Friday December 1^st, at 9:30 am at Assumption Catholic Church in O’Fallon, 403 N Main St. O’Fallon, MO 63366.  A celebration of life and Catholic Mass to follow at 10:30.  Mary Jane’s final resting place will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Florissant MO.
