Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Foundation. Cook, Mary Lou, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at the age of 73. Dearest wife of the late Cecil A. Cook, Jr., Dear daughter of the late Francis and Gertrude Potts; devoted mother of Patti Schmitt and Mary (Eric) Birdnow; beloved grandmother of Ryan Schmitt and Max Birdnow; dear sister of Anthony (Kathy) Potts, John (Terry) Potts, Michael (Karen) Potts, Clarence (Naomi) Potts, Robert (Joan) Potts, Richard (Joan) Potts, Vernon (Donna) Potts and Frank (Laura) Potts. She was our dear sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend to all who knew her. Mary Lou was employed as a Manager at Southwestern Bell, retiring after 36 years. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Mary Lou was a longtime avid Cardinal fan and especially loved Albert Pujols.
