Mary Lucille Riles

Mary Lucille Riles (nee Garner) was born April 29, 1926 in New Madrid, Missouri the youngest of five children.
Lucille moved with her mother to St. Louis when she was high school aged and began working in a box factory. It was there she met her husband and they married in 1951 and they celebrated nearly 45 years together before his death.
They raised a daughter who then provided them with two grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
Lucille was a country girl and could be found outside more often than not, watching the wildlife was one of her favorite pastimes. She raised a beautiful garden in addition to her family.
She is survived by her daughter, one grandson and her great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and in-laws.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made in Mary Lucille’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
