Mary Margaret "Margie" Alexander (nee: DeMonbrun), of St. Charles, Missouri, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church died on Sunday, August 9, 2009 at the age of 64 after a long and brave battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Wayne Alexander; dear daughter of the late Jasper and Hermena DeMonbrun; cherished mother of Laura (Scott) Ilgenfritz and Matt Alexander; loving grandmother of Alyssa, Aimee, and Alex Ilgenfritz and Maggie and Ben Alexander; dear sister of Jean (Jerome) Reinhold, Sarah (Jerry) Guinn, and Cathi (Chuck) Lammert; dear daughter-in-law of Olive Alexander; dear sister-in-law of Peggy (Terry) Alexander; dear friend and caregiver to many. The family of Margie would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Hospice and the many family, friends and neighbors for all the prayers and kindness during Margie's illness.
