Cook; preceded in death by her parents Everett and Maude Stulce; devoted mother of Claudia Malawy (E. Michael) and Kathy Koeneman (Steve); dear sister of Leonard Stulce (Claudia) and the late Evelyn Smith; cherished grandmother of Rachel Koeneman, Joshua James Malawy (Gina), Eric Michael Malawy, Ashley Blake Koeneman, Trista Elizabeth Malawy and Alexandria Rae Malawy. Mrs. Cook was a Registered Nurse with St. Joseph Health Care for 15 years before her retirement. She ministered as a Registered Nurse for a total of 31 years.
