Mary R. “Daisy” Schaefering (nee Bishop) of Saint Charles, MO, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Harold Schaefering; devoted mother of Gary W. (Debra) Schaefering and Karen Singer; loving grandmother of 4 and treasured great-grandmother of 5. Dear sister of Jerry, Carol, and Linda. Mary is preceded in death by her parents Elmer Oscar and Leora Bishop, and her siblings Richard and Joan.
Mary loved reading and collecting cookbooks, you could say it was her hobby. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Mary was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
