Mary Yahn

Mary Yahn of Saint Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 82 on Saturday, May 15, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Bernice Jarolimek; and her brother, Buddy Jarolimek.

Mary is survived by her husband, Jude Simon Yahn Sr.; her children, Jude Simon (Erica) Yahn Jr. and Derrick (Elizabeth) Yahn; her grandchildren, Ayden, Luke, Taryn, and Joshua Yahn; her sister, Julie (the late James) Freeman; and her nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends from church.

Mary was a faithful parishioner of St. Peter Catholic Church for over twenty years. She was active in volunteer work through her service to Meals on Wheels and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Her service to others extended to her training of seeing eye dogs. For fun, Mary enjoyed playing golf and was a member of Berry Hill Golf Course in Bridgeton. She also loved to dress up in fancy hats with her husband and socialize at church functions or outings. Mary will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
