Maryann P. Webb

Webb, Maryann P. of St. Peters, MO, passed away Friday, October 27, 2017, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Sherrid E. Webb, Jr.; cherished daughter of the late Dimitri “Michael” and Anna Iwancio; devoted mother of Gene (Gillette "Monique") Webb and the late Sherrid Michael (Donna) Webb; loving grandmother of Sean (Joell) Webb, Chris (Michelle) Webb, Michelle (Ron) Hefley, Nick (Tiffany) Webb, Dan Webb, and Brian Webb; and treasured great-grandmother of Ryan, Mandy, Thomas, Reed, Sarah, Conner, Alison, and Abigail.

Maryann Pelagia Webb was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Polish immigrants Anna and Dimitri “Michael” Iwancio. She married her sweetheart Sherrid on September 19, 1948. Baltimore remained her home until Sherrid’s job brought them out west to St. Louis in 1958, where they raised their two sons, Gene and Mike, who were her pride and joy. She cherished her time with her children, 6 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren, and delighted in all their accomplishments. Her family was her world. An avid Cardinals fan, she rarely missed watching “her boys” play ball.

Maryann was also a devout Catholic and longtime parishioner of Sts. Joachim and Ann Catholic Church. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her, and she will be truly missed by all her family.
