Mason Wayne Jenkins

Mason Wayne Jenkins, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023, at the age of 18. Cherished son of Rachel (Tim) Maguire and Donald Wayne (Karla) Jenkins, dear brother of Charli Maguire and Jaxon Jenkins, and stepbrother to Addison Maguire, Olivia Allen and Lucas Allen; beloved grandson of Bill and Vicki Gourley, Greg and Marleen Maguire, and Marie and Allen Olten; dear nephew of the late Kara Gourley; precious cousin and friend to many. 

Mason, a charismatic young man described as quirky and intelligent, embraced the playful title of class clown, bringing joy and laughter to those around him. A devoted Oilers fan and skilled athlete at St. Peters Spirit Ice Hockey, he exuded a competitive spirit. Mason cherished moments with his friends. His interests spanned from playing Minecraft to enjoying "The Big Bang Theory," reflecting his aspiration to become a physicist. He also had a deep love for travel. Mason's departure leaves a profound void, as he was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who were touched by his vibrant spirit. 

Memorials may be made in Mason's name to the  Joshua Chamberlain Society.
