Maxine Decker (nee Jenkins), of Warrenton, MO, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Carson L. Decker; cherished daughter of the late Clarence and Cora Jenkins. Devoted mother of Dan (Margie) Decker and Janet (Jim) Haub; loving grandmother of Briana, Jessica, Jaime, and Jenny; step-grandson, Lawrence (Heather) Hanlon; treasured great-grandmother of Chase, Sophia, Jacob, Paelyn, Maddox, and Paxley; step-grandchildren, Faith and Madelyn Hanlon; dear sister of Faye Baum, Jeanie (Mack) Kuykendall, the late Zelma Brookshire, the late Ruth Hendrickson, the late Ray Jenkins, the late Carl Jenkins, the late Clark Jenkins, and the late Clyde Jenkins; sister-in-law of Peggy Decker, Doris Jenkins, and Linda Jenkins; beloved aunt and friend.
Maxine was a member of VFW Auxiliary - Warrenton, Mo. serving at one time as the president. Maxine was very active working many fish fries over the years and assisted in selling poppies. Many lifelong friendships were made during these years. Maxine was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Maxine's name to American Cancer Society or the American Heart Assoc.
