Memorials may be made to KFUO, Immanuel Lutheran School or Church Debt Reduction. Meers, Wilhelmina "Billie", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, March 23, 2009, at the age of 91. Dear daughter of the late Herman D. and the late Hilda M. Meers; cherished sister-in-law of Imogene L. Meers; survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Herman C. Meers, Harlan H. Meers and Wesley Meers, and her sister Lucile Whipp. She was an Assessor's Assistant/Recorder for St. Charles County for many years. Billie was a part of the Bithday Club and the Evening Guild. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and enjoyed bowling and card parties. She was an avid card player.
