Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army. Schneider, Melba L., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, February 18, 2008 at the age of 70. Dearest wife of the late Donald H. Schneider; loving mother of Daniel Gene (Linda) Schneider, Deborah Ann (Jerry) Poole and Darren Lee (Tracy) Schneider; dear Grandmother of 5, Dear Great-Grandmother of 5; dear sister of Joyce Books, Peggie (Bobby) Shores, Delbert (Karen) Johnson, Bonnie (Dr. John) Eller, Sharon (Rev. Ed) Murdy, Jim (Jan) Johnson, Steve (Martha) Johnson, Bill Ruble, Betty (Jim) Welker, Tom Ruble and John Ruble; she was our dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Ruble and Rev. C.A. and Bessie V. Johnson; Sisters, Alice (Wilbur) Gamble and Colena Salisbury and Brothers, Bill (Rose) Johnson and Dave (Mary) Johnson. Mrs. Schneider was a Butcherette with National Foods before her retirement.
