Beloved husband of Virgie M. McBride; loving father of, Henry (LeAnn) T. McBride, Nellie (John) Ehrhardt, Jim (Sherry) C. McBride; father-in-law of Jessie McBride; cherished grandfather of 14, great grandfather of 20 and great great grandfather of 4. Melvin is preceded in death by his parents Frank T. and Rebecca Weir McBride; son, Taylor D. McBride, one great grandson and ten siblings. Elmer was a member of Black Rock Masonic Lodge 476 since 1946.
