Mr. Lewis retired from Local #660 in St. Charles, Missouri. Survivors include his dear wife, Diane Lewis of St. Charles, Missouri; three children: Irvin Lewis and Tanya Kinion of St. Charles, Missouri and Rick Lewis of Richmond, Texas; two sisters: Sharon Fesler of St. Charles, Missouri and Barbara Lewis of St. Peters, Missouri; two brothers: Robert Lewis of O'Fallon, Missouri and Richard Lewis of St. Charles, Missouri. He is preceded in death by one brother, Bernard Lewis.
