Melvin “Mel” Krout

Krout, Melvin “Mel”, of Warrenton, MO, died Saturday, March 5, 2016, at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Peggy Krout; cherished son of the late Harvey and Ruth Krout; devoted father of Dale (Tara) Krout and Kristine (the late Todd) Levin; loving grandfather of Megan and Erica; treasured great-grandfather of Keagan and Kendra; dear brother of Madelyn (Phil) McCormick; cherished godfather of Sherri Valenti; loving nephew of Florence Williams. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Krout and James Krout. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Melvin loved bass fishing at Table Rock Lake. He was a loving and generous man who gave selflessly to his friends and family. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
