Beloved husband of the late Lucille Schipper; loving father of Shirley Reiser, Margaret Daniels, Kathleen (Ralph) Buske and JoAnn Mey-ers; grandfather of Tim, Mindy, Terri, Jeff, Josh and Cody; great grandfather of Zackery and Nickolas. Mr. Schipper was a member of the American Legion, Carpenter's Union and VFW. He was a life-long resident of Portage Des Sioux MO. Mr. Schipper owned Red's Tavern in Portage Des Sioux for many years.
