Michael Bartlow

Michael Bartlow of Florissant, MO, passed away at the age of 73 on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Hallie Bartlow.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of fifty-one years, Linda Bartlow; his sons, Bryan (Denise) Bartlow and Brent (Annie) Bartlow; his grandchildren, Theresa, Alivia, and Wesley; and his brothers, Terry (Kathryn) Bartlow, Karl (Marilyn) Bartlow, and Jeff (Shari) Bartlow.

Mike proudly served in the US Armed Forces as a member of the Army. He loved Cardinals baseball games, especially attending Spring Training in Jupiter, Florida yearly with Linda. Mike liked to spend as much time as he could outside riding his bike “Isabelle” or just exploring. He always had a friendly and generous soul, but was always on the lookout to pull one of his famous practical jokes. Linda was the love of his life and he treasured all the road trips they took together. His grandchildren also had a special place in Mike’s heart and he always looked forward to playing with them. Mike enjoyed trying different foods whenever he could and indulged his sweet tooth with ice cream or pecan sandies cookies. He was a true history buff and loved watching John Wayne’s classic movies. He will be dearly missed.
