Michael Byrne

Byrne, Michael William, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 92. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Byrne retired as President of Electrical Marketing, Inc. in 1980. As a Lieutenant J.G., USNR, he served during World War II, in the US Navy Seabees in the southern Pacific theater. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Alice Byrne, his brother John Byrne, and sisters Kathleen Gaunter and Margaret Noonan. He has no surviving siblings. Mr. Byrne was a member of St. Robert Bellamine Catholic church in St. Charles, Mo. He was a member of the American Legion, the Backstoppers, the Nebraska University Alumni Association, the Montana State University Alumni Association, and the St. Louis Electrical Board.




Mike loved deep sea fishing, golf, horseshoes, and exercising. He enjoyed all sports especially the Rams, Cardinals, and college basketball. Mike will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
