Michael L Piasse

Michael L. Piasse, of Saint Charles, MO, died on Sunday, December 27, 2015, at the age of 53. Beloved husband of Miriam Piasse; cherished son of James and Leona Piasse; devoted father of Darren Michael Piasse; dear brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many.

Michael obtained his Bachelor’s Degree at SIU-Carbondale. He went on to work at Boeing as a Engineer for 32 years and developed five patents. He enjoyed racing Enduro dirtbikes, deer and turkey hunting, computers, Nascar, and being outdoors. Michael was quite the handyman. He was an excellent cook and baker and made his own spices.

Michael, often referred to as “Mike” and “Mikey,” was an individual whom could be categorized as “one of a kind.” He had a side to his personality that could be seen to many as someone not outspoken, but when spoken of, friends and family would say he’s friendly, funny, understanding, compassionate, and above all, sarcastic and witty in nature. Michael was a great man who was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
